Undertaking by the Dealer to abide by all the Rules set by Oilco Petroleum Pvt Ltd and the applicable Laws of the land.
Account Maintenance Certificate from Bank
1 Year Bank Statement
The Dealer will be required to Open a Bank Account in the name of Proposed Petrol Pump and submit details to Oilco Retail Team.
The Dealer will be required to obtain NTN Number and submit the same to company office.In case of Partnership or multiple owners of land, a Power of Attorney will be required empowering one of the applicants to be the Point of Contact who will coordinate with Oilco and will be empowered to sign the Lease Agreement and Collect Lease Rentals on behalf of the others.
