Process for Establishment of
a New Petrol Pump
- Dealer interested in establishing a petrol pump must have a piece of land at least 2 kanal (40 Marlas) with front At least 76 feet and depth at least 60 feet.
- The land must be free from all charges, claims, disputes and litigation etc.
- Ideally the land should be in the name of dealer however in case of multiple owners the dealer must secure power of attorney in his favor to enter into agreement with company on behalf of other owners.
- The dealer will be required to submit an Application for Installation of a petrol pump to the company along with following documents:
- NIC Copy
- Aks Shajra
- Fard Malkiat
- Power of attorney in case of multiple owners.
- Joining Fee – PO / cheque in favor of Oilco Petroleum Pvt Ltd
- The Retail department will visit the site for traffic count / trading area analysis.
- Retail department will prepare & sign MOU with the dealer if the site is approved
- Company engineer will visit the site for preparation of construction drawings.
- Dealer shall sign lease agreement with Company & get it registered with Registrar.
- DC NOC shall be applied
- Upon securing DC NOC, the company will apply for issuance of Construction Approval to the Department of Explosives.
- Construction of Petrol Pump shall start upon receipt of construction approval.
- Upon completion of work under the supervision of engineering department of the company, safety completion certificate shall be submitted by the company and From K shall be applied.
- Explosives department will visit the site for Inspection and grant sales & storage license (Form K).
- The dealers will then place the order for purchase of petroleum products.
- The company will supply the petroleum products to commence sales.
